My philosophy of a good web site design is to create a website that is very functional and not necessarily to dazzles one as they look at it. If a person can't find what they want because the site is too complicated more people will leave then stay and tuff it out!!  My design philosophy is KEEP IT SIMPLE!  The most important element of a site is to be able to find what you want easy and fast!!  The less frustration navigating a site, the better!
